My contract recently expired and I had to do the choose-the-best-plan runaround. It can be a very stressful experience indeed. I was not happy with the plan I was locked into for two years and was determined not to make the same mistake again.
I eventually decided to use a monthly prepaid offer from Tracfone, called Straight Talk. I can pick the cards up at Wal-Mart or off the internet and get 1000 minutes, 1000 texts and 30mb of data for only $30. Much less than I was paying before and I have more minutes available! Plus, no contract means I am not locked into anything.

Thanks for this cool article. These DIY tips will make PC faster for beginners. For advanced use, you have to look for a good anti spyware and a registry cleaner. I also use a disk tool to defragment my pc.

Good article. I agree with your advice. And I see so often for people I help fix problems on their PCs, that in many cases they’ve picked up various spyware they didn’t know they had. Sometimes it’s really hard to get rid of some of them.

Ergonomics is very important for improved health when a person’s job function involves the use of computers to minimize the dangers of various kinds of computer related injuries.
I suffered serious vision, nerve and other serious injuries in 2006 partly due to ergonomic issues. There were many more issues that needed to be addressed that I did not know about until after the event. I find that it is easier to accept change when the reason given for change is explained in a manner that hits home.
I have actually written a book “Lessons I Learned the Hard Way – How to identify, minimize, manage and treat computer related health issue” it is available at http://www.strategicbookpublishing.com/LessonsILearnedtheHardWay.html. I believe it is a must read for all computer users.
