World of Warcraft: Enchanting Leveling Guide
The skill of enchanting is quite different when compared with the various other trade skills. The ability to add value to weapons and armor pieces are evident, and the statistical advantages you receive are only achieved by use of this method. An enchanter cannot enchant head pieces or even neck pieces. It is possible to enchant head pieces by buying tokens, from the proper reputation vendors once you achieve certain reputations with the proper factions. Also enchanters will be able to enchant their own rings only, they cannot enchant other characters rings.
Finding the materials that you will need for leveling up the enchanting skill is going to be a long and arduous process. The auction house is always an option, but the problem with that is you may not always find the materials you need, and when you do find them, they are going to be quite expensive. You must be warned that enchanting is the hardest skill to level in the World of Warcraft because of the expenses and rarity of the materials you will need. When you finally master enchanting, though, it will provide an endless source of income for you.
Besides enchanting, what are some other benefits of the materials?
One of the best ways to increase your skill is to buy magic items in bulk. Many people come across items that they don’t need after running instances and raids - try buying these items in large amounts from them. Blues, greens and even unneeded epics are great sources to get the materials you’ll need to enchant. It would also be good to become friends with a crafter, as they often make several unneeded magic items as they are leveling up. This will save you a lot of gold.
Finding materials for enchanting will become frustrating sometimes, especially when the auction house is low on the materials you need; so remember that its okay to take it slow. No one will get to level 450 enchanting in one day. When starting out, try farming a few low level instances. Getting the materials you need shouldn’t be a problem at that point.
Is the guide a problem to follow?
The guide is meant to lead you with its steady instructions, which allow faster progress via enchanting by allowing for few losses of a financial nature. Training is a vital tool to spend your money on. Receiving recipes, which the guide stipulates, is also important, but note that it’s worth it and very little money will be spent on it. Whenever you achieve the 450 target, your next challenge is how and where to buy more patterns, and the consequent expansion of the collection of goods that you can offer your customer.
Just as you may be tempted to visit the auction store to purchase a variety of patterns that you come across, your guide should be respected at all costs until you finish the skill of enchanting. Whenever you make impulse purchases and end up throwing away money just like that, the costs will increase rapidly and cause unnecessary lose of money.
By following this guide closely, you are setting yourself up for success. By becoming a master enchanter, you will have overcome one of the most difficult skills the game has to offer!
